Determine your value.

Determine in specific terms the value you give your prospective team members and customers in terms that matter to them.  People always have and always will initially determine value based on what matters to them, ie. the problem you can solve for them, the need you can fill, or how you can transform their life for the better in a specific way.

Remember people always buy initially based on emotion.  Speak in emotional terms and then show them how you can deliver that feeling and transformation.  They don’t care about your business or your widget!  They care about how your business can change their life.  If you take time and effort to embrace this principle not only will you strengthen your team with top caliber people and skyrocket sales with happy customers, you will also personally get a surge of passion and excitement for your business!
