Make a Plan
Anything that is derived from a plan will have more depth, more predictability, greater results, and increase probability of success. A plan invokes creativity and forethought rather than shooting from the hip or knee jerk reaction execution. Create an operational plan, a marketing plan, a production plan, a financial plan. Now more than ever the remedy for chaos and uncertainty is to start with a plan. Worst case your will minimize making emotional based decisions or being blindsided best case you will see opportunities well in advance of your competition and be the first to the table. Either way you win big!
