Last week I left you with a question, and something tells me a few of you are still carrying it around.
I told you about a morning in my hallway, about a train track on the floor and a little boy who got very good at running around an obstacle he could have simply picked up and moved. Then I turned it on you. What is the thing in your own life you have been stepping over so long that you stopped seeing it as a choice?
If that landed, you have probably spent the week with something specific in mind. Maybe a meeting that should not need you in it, or a decision that always seems to find its way back to your desk. Naming it is the first real step, and it is not a small one, because most people go their whole careers without getting that far.
But there is a part the hallway story does not finish, and you deserve it. Seeing that you could move the thing is not the same as knowing how to move it. It is not the same as having anything in your hands to move it with. A three year old can lift a train track off the floor. The things in your way are heavier than that, and they are wired into the way your entire company runs. You can see the obstacle clearly, say its name out loud, and still stand there with no idea where to put your hands.
That space, between seeing the thing and being able to move it, is what I want to talk about today.
It is where most leaders live for years, fully aware and fully stuck. And it is the exact space I have spent a long time building something to close.
Before I show you what I built, I want to be straight with you about the date, because you have probably seen it a few times this week and you deserve to know it is not a gimmick.
Leaders Evolution is open right now at what we call the founding rate. $19 for your first thirty days, then $249 a month locked for the life of your membership. On June 30 that window closes. After it, the price moves to $299 and stays there. The people who come in before the end of the month keep the lower number for as long as they are members, permanently, no matter what the program becomes later.
Here is the actual reason it works that way, and it is not scarcity for the sake of scarcity. A founding rate is a trade. You are coming in before the proof is everywhere, before there are years of testimonials and a waiting list, and that early belief is worth something to me.
Locking your rate for life is how I honor it. The people who move first take the smallest leap of faith and get the best terms, for good. That is the whole arrangement, said plainly.
I also know what the date really does, because I have watched it in myself for thirty years. A deadline is not pressure. It is permission. Most of us already know the thing we want to do, and we keep filing it under someday because someday never sends an invoice. A real line on the calendar is the thing that finally turns someday into a decision. June 30 is just that line. If the program is not right for you, let the date pass with a clear conscience. But if part of you has already decided, the date exists so that part of you finally wins.
One more thing about how we operate, because it is rare enough that it should be said out loud. There is no ladder here. Leaders Evolution is not the bottom rung of a climb where the real help sits three tiers up and the price keeps rising the deeper you go. There are no upsells, not now and not ever. This is the whole thing, and it is the last thing I will ever ask you to buy. The reason traces straight back to what I believe about leadership. Once you are inside, the next steps stop being about what I sell you and start being about what you do.
The growth is yours to do.
The answers are going to come from you, the same way I keep insisting they should come from the people you lead. My part ends when I hand you what you need. Yours begins with what you decide to do with it.
So that is the money, on the table, no theater. Now let me show you what your rate would actually be locking in.
What I have spent these years building has a name, and I use it carefully because it carries real weight for me. Empowerment Design. It began as a way to describe how I work with leaders, and over time it grew into the whole philosophy, a deliberate way of building a business so the people inside it grow on purpose rather than by accident.
It is the difference between hoping your team steps up and designing the conditions where stepping up becomes the natural thing to do. In the language of last week, it is how you move the toy, instead of standing over it wishing it were gone.
Leaders Evolution is where the philosophy lives. It is the membership, the room a leader walks into to stop running the same hallway faster and start rebuilding the hallway itself. And underneath it, holding the whole thing up, are four anchors: the Impact Shift Training Series, WaveMaker, the Intrapreneurial Leader System, and Empowerment Intelligence.
There is a natural order to how they build. The Impact Shift Training Series lays the foundation, the unflinching look at how your business actually runs. Once that scaffold holds, WaveMaker turns inward to the way you yourself lead. Once that is steady, the Intrapreneurial Leader System carries leadership out to the people around you. And Empowerment Intelligence walks beside all of it, for the moments that do not wait for the right stage. That is the order things tend to build in, but it is not a track I am putting you on.
You design your own path through them, you choose where to start and what your business needs first, because a path someone else prescribes for you is just one more toy dropped in your hallway. The whole point is that you do the moving.
The first anchor is the Impact Shift Training Series, and it does the least glamorous and most necessary work, which is showing you how your business actually runs.
It is not the version on the org chart or the one in your head, but what truly happens when a decision needs making or money needs moving, and where things quietly slip through the cracks. Most leaders are trying to fix problems they have never fully seen, because they have never mapped the real machine under the daily noise. The Impact Shift Training Series, or ISTS, is where that map gets drawn. You get clear-eyed about the money and the actual rhythm the business moves at, and you find the quiet places where accountability went soft and everyone assumed someone else was holding it.
You cannot move a thing you cannot see, and this is where you finally see it. It is the foundation, because everything that comes after depends on knowing what you are standing on.
Once that scaffold holds, the focus turns inward, and that is WaveMaker. Its job is the part of leadership no one can outsource, the habits you personally carry into every conversation.
Most leaders never examine these, because they are invisible from the inside. It shows up in whether you truly listen or just wait for your turn to talk, and in the tone you carry into a room that your team reads long before you speak. Underneath both sits a set of expectations you have always assumed were obvious and somehow never said out loud. WaveMaker is where you shape what we call your leadership DNA, the small daily behaviors that ripple outward and quietly become the culture of the whole team. It is called WaveMaker because that is what a leader is, whether they intend to be or not.
Every wave in the place started with you, and this is where you begin making them on purpose.
With the foundation set and your own leadership steadier, you are ready for the anchor that changes everyone else, the Intrapreneurial Leader System.
This is where leadership stops being something attached to titles and starts showing up wherever responsibility is taken. In most companies leadership is a position. You have it or you do not, and the people without it learn to wait. The Intrapreneurial Leader System, or ILS, takes that apart. It builds an environment where someone leads because they own an outcome rather than because their badge allows it, and where initiative becomes the normal response instead of hesitation.
This is the anchor that finally lets you stop being the answer to everything, because the people around you become leaders in the truest sense, the ones who move the toy themselves instead of carrying it to you.
The fourth anchor does not wait its turn, because the moments it exists for never do. Empowerment Intelligence, or EMI, is the one that walks beside you through all of it.
Leadership rarely gets hard on schedule. It gets hard in the conversation you did not see coming, and in the decision that lands on an ordinary Tuesday and quietly shapes your next two years. It gets hard in the private moment where comfort and truth are pulling in opposite directions and only you can choose. Those are the moments that define a leader, and they are usually the ones you face alone. EMI is built for exactly them. We call it your growth companion, because that is the role it plays, a steady presence in the moments that arrive without a stage or a warning. It does not sit above the other three, and it is not a finale you unlock. It runs alongside all of them, for the parts of leading that happen between the planned work.
Here is what I want you to picture, because the anchors are easier to feel as a whole than to understand one at a time.
Imagine a few months from now. The foundation work has shown you the real machine, so you are no longer guessing at where the strain lives. You have looked at your own leadership clearly enough that the way you show up in a room has steadied, and the people around you can feel it. Leadership has started appearing in places it never used to, because someone owns an outcome now and does not need your permission to act on it. And when a hard moment lands, the unplanned conversation, the decision with no clean answer, you are not facing it with nothing but your own nerves anymore.
What does that feel like, day to day? The phone is quieter, and the calendar has fewer fires on it. You come back from a few days away to find the important things kept moving without you, and not one of them was waiting on your signature. There is room in your week now, the kind you used to fill with motion the second it appeared, and you are learning to let it stay open.
The business does not get smaller. It gets steadier. The weight that used to sit on one set of shoulders starts to spread across a structure that was built to hold it.
That is the whole point of designing it instead of grinding through it. You are not working harder to carry more. You are building something that carries itself, so your effort finally goes into leading rather than rescuing. The track comes up off the floor. You get to run the hallway the way you always wanted to, and so does everyone else in the building.
So here is where we are. You spent last week learning to see the thing in your way. You should spend this one looking at what it actually takes to move it,looking at what it actually takes to move it, the philosophy underneath and the four anchors that turn it into something you can use. That is everything I have. There is no tier above this one, no next thing I am going to ask you to buy. This is the whole offer, and it is the last step I take with you, because every step after it is yours to take.
The founding rate is open until June 30. $19 for your first thirty days, then $249 a month, locked for the life of your membership. After the thirtieth it becomes $299 and stays there, and the founding window does not open again. If Leaders Evolution is not your path, let the date pass and carry no guilt about it. But if some part of you decided a while ago and has just been waiting for a reason to move, let this be the reason.
Moving before you feel certain is the entire skill, and this is a small, real chance to practice it on yourself.
I keep thinking about Joseph in that hallway. He spent five minutes getting better and better at running around a piece of track he could have lifted in two seconds, until he finally stopped, looked at it, and moved it himself. He did not need to become faster. He needed to see that the thing in his way was his to move, and then give himself permission to move it.
You are standing in your own hallway right now. You already know what the track is. The only question left is the one I cannot answer for you. Are you going to keep running around it, or is this the week you finally bend down and pick it up?
