1.1. To join the Pinpoint Management Affiliate Program, you must complete the signup form and provide accurate, truthful information.
1.2. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.
1.3. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in this program.
1.4. Only one affiliate account is allowed per person or business entity unless otherwise approved.
2.1. As an affiliate, you will promote our products/services through ethical and legal marketing methods.
2.2. Prohibited promotional methods include:
Spamming, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertisements.
Trademark bidding or misrepresentation of our brand.
Using false claims, deceptive offers, or unauthorized discount codes.
Promoting on illegal, pornographic, or hate-related websites.
2.3. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional methods comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.4. Pinpoint Management reserves the right to request removal of any promotional materials that violate these terms.
3.1. Affiliates earn commissions for qualifying sales made through their unique tracking link.
3.2. Commission rates and payout structures will be outlined in the affiliate dashboard or campaign-specific agreements.
3.3. Payments are made via the chosen payment method (PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.) and are subject to a minimum payout threshold.
3.4. Commissions may be subject to a verification period to account for refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions.
3.5. Pinpoint Management reserves the right to adjust commission rates or withhold payments in cases of policy violations.
4.1. Pinpoint Management may terminate an affiliate account at any time for violating these Terms & Conditions.
4.2. Grounds for termination include (but are not limited to):
Engaging in fraudulent activity.
Violating promotional guidelines or legal regulations.
Using false, misleading, or unethical marketing tactics.
4.3. Upon termination, all pending commissions may be forfeited at Pinpoint Management’s discretion.
5.1. Affiliates may use approved promotional materials, logos, and content provided by Pinpoint Management.
5.2. Restrictions:
No modification or misrepresentation of our brand.
No unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrighted materials, or domain name variations.
5.3. Any misuse of Pinpoint Management’s intellectual property may result in legal action
6.1. Pinpoint Management is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims related to an affiliate’s participation in this program.
6.2. We do not guarantee a specific income level, sales volume, or earnings through this program.
6.3. Affiliates participate at their own risk and agree to comply with all applicable marketing laws and FTC guidelines.
7.1. Pinpoint Management reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
7.2. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or dashboard notifications.
7.3. Continued participation in the program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
