Three times a year, Pinpoint Management hosts a one-day Ripple Roundtable for our empowerment designers as well as business leaders from around the country who want to grow their businesses by elevating emotional intelligence. While we believe you’ll get the most out of the Ripple Roundtable by attending in person, we also have an option to participate through streaming.

What to Expect

Each Ripple Roundtable has different speakers and themes, but the general format stays the same. You can expect:

A full day of hands-on learning and development, typically from 9 am - 3:30 pm
Training sessions on cutting edge topics from our expert strategists and breakout sessions on topics that you need the most
Masterminding and hot seat roundtable sessions where your peers can help address your current challenges
Networking time so you can get to know other business leaders with a passion for growth through emotional intelligence
Catered lunch and snacks
